Marcel Pusey studied Jazz at Western Australia Conservatorium and is a Composer, Musical Director and Bass Player. Marcel founded and plays the Electric Bass in the band - he is the inspiration behind and composer of all the music. The music all starts from the bass and Marcel's phatt bass lines are the compositional tool and foundation to Bassistry's unique eclectic sound!

Cassell "The Beatmaker", a producer and drummer who's credits include drumming with The Streets, Keziah Jones, Akala, Plan B and Beverley Knight. He is Marcel’s closest working partner, jointly producing the Try This EP.

Sam Agard a drummer who has toured and played around the globe with Paloma Faith, Corrine Bailey Rae, Tom Jones, and the Denis Rollins Band. His drumming style is not that oh so common classic, clean technical, virtuosity, but has a raw distinctive, instinctive edge to it.

Alex Bennett a keyboardist who's credits include Corrine Bailey Rae, Brand New Heavies, Ian Shaw and Tony Remi.

Katy Seath and Nicola Bull are two of the countries brightest & beautiful young talents. They represent the evolving, serious female vocal talent learning and plying their trade through the influence of the great singers.

Duncan "Dunkthetrump" Mckay unique ethereal trumpet tones has been heard with so many, Bootsy Collins, Tom Jones, Incognito, Richard Ashcroft, The Chemical Brothers, All Saints, Tina Turner, and he survived working with Primal Scream for 5 years.

Eric Apapoulay a guitarist who's credits include Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens), Natasha Bedingfield, Daniel Bedingfield, Craig David and Nitin Sawhney.

Jamie Trowell is a highly versatile and experienced percussionist/drummer whose solid, funky yet tasteful playing has recently seen him perform at venues such as Ronnie Scott`s, the Shepherd`s Bush Empire and Royal Festival Hall with various artists including latin-funk band Motimba and the Sahara jazz quartet. During the cruel winter months Jamie can often be found living the good life in the sunny Caribbean, working in the showband on cruise ships.

Jules Faife a rare breed of guitarist who has no problem playing the one note if required. Jules can effortlessly switch from laying down the funk, cranking up the rock licks or playing soothing African motifs. He's a guitarist with a beautiful touch.
